I keep on 05/03/2011 at 10:30 clock a lecture on OPAR on the Univention / Linux-stage Hotel (Hall 2, Stand D36). OPAR has / is an archive on the model CPAN.
Unfortunately it so that at present no central repository for OTRS extensions exist, but many people have already programmed something like this and also make available to the public would.
